When building an MLM downline, you need to clearly articulate the concept of residual (repeat) income. I started my own insurance agency several years ago because I have always believed in the concept of residual income; which is ongoing monthly commissions for work performed in the past.
Your team needs to clearly understand the power and benefit of residual income. If you can explain it clearly to them, they will never want to leave your opportunity or this industry. They will appreciate that as their MLM business grows, their residual income (similar to a pension) will keep growing exponentially month after month as they keep growing their business. This is actually even better than a pension which does not grow exponentially over time!
Some successful network marketers have reported great financial rewards from recruiting just a handful of active downline members, who in return also recruited other active members, and just from this handful of producers have achieved a 6 figure income stream. Some of the network marketing companies that I have researched can provide a significant income stream with just a 3 x 3 matrix. Until the next blog,
